Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Information entered into a search box is sent to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and returns its own results. We do not keep a copy of the search terms on our own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Email sent to us is retained so we can read and answer it. We limit access to our team and disclose a message outside it only when the law requires us to do so.
Data We Gather Automatically
A visit can create routine technical logs, including:
- The date and time a page was requested
- The pages opened and the time spent on them
- The referring site, when one is available
- Browser name and version
- Device type and operating system
- The IP address used to reach the server
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them and analytics tools to measure broad traffic patterns, such as which pages receive visits. You can block cookies through your browser controls, though some site features may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
- Finding and fixing errors or performance problems
- Sending a query to the provider that operates a search box
- Understanding which sections readers use
- Keeping pages available and responsive
- Displaying advertising that may reflect browsing interests
No Warrant Data on File
Sabine County Warrant Records does not store or sell a warrant database or personal warrant-record files. It gives general directions to the Sheriff, District Clerk, County Clerk, JP courts, and municipal courts. The Texas Public Information Act, Government Code Chapter 552, concerns records held by government bodies; it does not turn this private reference into a county office. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside providers run the search boxes. Any information sent through them is covered by the provider’s own privacy terms. Each company controls its retention and sharing rules, which we do not set. Read that company’s policy before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to county offices, court pages, state systems, legal resources, or commercial providers. Once you leave this site, the destination’s privacy policy applies. Review it before sending personal details.
Some advertising partners may use their own tools to follow activity across websites for ad selection. Those practices are managed by the partner.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. The following services may receive limited data:
- Government bodies when a valid legal demand requires disclosure
- Advertising networks that place ads
- Traffic and analytics services
- Search providers that process a query you submit
How We Protect Your Data
We use common safeguards to protect information in our care. Internet systems still carry risk, so no method can guarantee that unauthorized access or a security incident will never occur.
Users Under 18
The site is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Your Data Rights
Texas Government Code Chapter 552 governs access to many records held by public bodies, not visitor information collected by this private site. Court records follow separate judiciary rules. You may ask us directly to:
- Opt out of certain data uses where the service allows it
- Request a copy of information we maintain about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of information, subject to legal needs
Updates to This Policy
